Jupiter Consumer Survey Report Paid Content and Services in Europe, 2002
In September 2002, Jupiter designed and fielded an extensive survey of Internet users' behavior and attitudes in six European countries (i.e., UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Sweden). This report explores the results associated with users' willingness to pay for online content and services and their attitudes toward payment mechanisms currently implemented in European markets.
